 | At the College of Engineering, KNUST, we believe engineering is about more than solving technical problems; it is about improving lives and shaping a better future. We provide an environment where students are encouraged to think creatively, innovate boldly, and develop solutions that make a real difference in society. Through excellence in teaching, research, and industry collaboration, we prepare the next generation of engineers to create lasting impact both locally and globally. |
Excellence in Education and TrainingOur students learn from experienced academics and industry professionals who are passionate about helping them succeed. We combine strong academic foundations with practical, hands-on learning through laboratories, fieldwork, projects, internships, and industry exposure. Whether at the undergraduate or postgraduate level, our programmes are designed to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to thrive in their chosen careers. |
Research that Drives ImpactWe are committed to finding solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges. Our researchers and students work together on innovative projects that address issues in infrastructure, energy, technology, manufacturing, transportation, and environmental sustainability. By partnering with industry, government, and communities, we ensure that our research goes beyond the laboratory and creates meaningful impact where it matters most. |
Our Commitment
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to our students, staff, industry partners, and society. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where talent is nurtured, ideas are valued, and innovation is encouraged. Our goal is not only to produce outstanding engineers but also responsible leaders and problem-solvers who are equipped to contribute positively to their communities and the world.
