STUDENT IN FOCUS:

 

Lily Mante, a third year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student is an outstanding and multifaceted student who embodies leadership, creativity, and excellence.

She currently serves as the Head of the GESA Podcast, known as The Engineer’s Pulse Podcast — a platform that aims to highlight the happenings in GESA and shed light on student experiences, innovations, and achievements within and beyond the College of Engineering

As the ELEESA President for the 2024/2025 academic year, Lily demonstrated her commitment to leadership and community impact. Her journey of service began when she served as a class representative, where her ability to communicate effectively and lead with empathy set her apart.

Lily is a proud alumna of Krobo Girls Presbyterian Senior High School, where she was celebrated as the Best WASSCE Student in 2022 and also represented her school as an NSMQ contestant.

Beyond academics, Lily is deeply passionate about content creation and creative writing, and she enjoys singing and drawing as part of her artistic expression.

Across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, she has created and shared content that teaches students how to balance academics with their daily lives, reflecting her desire to inspire and support others.

Rooted in her faith as a member of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Lily continues to live out values of discipline, service, and excellence — a shining example of a student who blends intellect, creativity, and leadership to make a lasting impact.
