Surv. Peter Atsu Cudjoe is the Facilities Manager at the College. He is responsible for ensuring that all physical spaces across the college are safe, functional, and ready to support teaching, learning, and research.
Surv. Cudjoe is an accomplished professional in the field of estate management and project delivery. He earned both his Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degrees in Estate Management from Kumasi Technical University. Building on this foundation, he pursued a Master of Science in Project Management at KNUST, deepening his expertise in planning, coordination, and strategic execution.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Surv. Cudjoe was instrumental in implementing health and safety protocols in the university. He supervised the setup of handwashing stations and managed isolation areas to ensure campus activities could continue safely.
Though not directly involved in teaching or research, his work plays a key role in keeping the college running smoothly. He also supports long-term planning through asset reviews, facility inspections, and safety audits.
He believes the future of learning spaces lies in flexibility, digital readiness, and better alignment with academic needs. His goal is to ensure that college infrastructure continues to support these changes.
