Highlighting the importance of continuous growth, Dr. Addo actively encouraged staff to pursue self-development through available weekend and online programmes. He also emphasised the importance of engaging with the broader academic community by responding to calls for papers and participating in relevant seminars and conferences.

To support these goals, the Registrar announced concrete plans to empower the administrative team. These include organising a specialised workshop on how administrators can successfully apply for academic and professional calls, and the formation of a committee to plan a staff retreat.

Dr. Addo directed everyone to thoroughly review the College’s administrative manual to ensure a clear and shared understanding of its policies. Looking ahead, he announced the introduction of a Performance Management System in January 2026. This system will enable staff to set personal performance targets, which will be reviewed mid-year and at year’s end collaboratively, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
